WOMEN NAMED AND SHAMED THEIR ABUSERS, MOST OF WHOM HELD POWERFUL POSITIONS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE FIELDS INCLUDING POLITICS, BOLLYWOOD, JOURNALISM, AND MEDIA. There are so many things, one wishes to do but fails to do all of them due to lack of time. The only way out for this is, managing our time well. One can achieve biggest of goals in life with great discipline, hard work and time management. Division of time becomes essential in order to manage work, sleep and our social life. Preparing for future in Pandemic

These are golden for us to have a peaceful future and win the war against COVID19. Before the fall of Roman Empire, Vegetius noticed that the quality of its army had begun to deteriorate. He noticed that due to long period of peace, army was idle and had stopped wearing protective armour. Leadership is defined as a broader term but the base of leadership is Self-Leadership. Leading others is much easier, but task to achieve is leading your own self in the way you want. We all live in stigma of delusion when it comes about our own life. Since the day we born we are taught to see others and learn, take inspirations and decide about life. My question is Do we need others to decid e our life? Do we need second person to inspire us.
