National Register of Citizens (NRC)
The National Register of Citizens (NRC) is a register containing names of all certifiable Indian residents. It was first arranged in 1951.The 1951 NRC list has been refreshed for Assam, which has had a longstanding outsider issue, to expel out illicit vagrants and spare further inflow.
