Right to Privacy in Digital Age
Privacy itself is as previous as human culture; but, it had been not invariably a wrongfully protected right. Why privacy is therefore important? There is also abundant reason however in my opinion its importance lies actually that privacy incorporates a terribly shut reference to human dignity, freedom and independence of the individual. Today is that the age of data technology. The main focus of country is on agenda – ‘Digital India’. The protection of privacy cannot be separated from technologicaldevelopment , and it's additional and additional challenged within the age of the fast technological development of the knowledge society. Because of the event of science and technology, the likelihood to interfere into someone’s privacy has augmented. The law cannot be rigid to that should response the changes happening within the society, so privacy may be wrongfully protected. As society is combination of living entity so social , political and economical modification within the so
