“Co-operative learning is instruction that involves students working in teams to accomplish a common goal.” By Johnson & Johnson Co-operative learning is a modern educationalapproach . Its aim is to minimize the occurrence of unpleasant situation and maximizes the learning and contentment that results from working on a high performance group. The main objective works behind this approach is to organize various classroom activities into academic and social learning experiences. It is also identified by several other names like group learning, team learning, peer assisted learning, small group learning and collaborative learning. This approach mainly focuses on students that they learn more by doingactivities rather than by simply listening and watching.
