  As we have always heard the word ‘health’ and ‘fitness’, especially we have seen the importance of it in the period of COVID-19 . We should use phrases like ‘health is wealth’ and ‘fitness is the key’. What does an actual person really think about it? It creates the idea of only ‘being well’. A person is healthy and fit when he/she is properly engaged in both physical and mental activities. The Factors Affecting our Health and Fitness………. Good health and fitness is not something which we can achieve only in one day. It depends on their physical environment and the quality of food that we are in taking. It does not matter we are either live in villages, towns, and cities. In such places, the physical environment places an important role that affects our health. Therefore, it is our social responsibility of making a pollution-free environment as they are playing a virtual role in my life. Our day-to-day habits also determine our fitness level.
