Leadership is defined as a broader term but the base of leadership is Self-Leadership. Leading others is much easier, but task to achieve is leading your own self in the way you want. We all live in stigma of delusion when it comes about our own life. Since the day we born we are taught to see others and learn, take inspirations and decide about life. My question is Do we need others to decid e our life? Do we need second person to inspire us. Yes, I agree we can take suggestion but decision must be taken by our self & we can only take decision at certain point of life when THE LEADER INSIDE US BECOMES ACTIVE. Self-Leadership is defined as natural skill, in some people it is suppressed & some are blessed with it since childhood. This skill can be enhanced slowly & gradually.
