Cooperative Federalism & River Water Disputes in India

Essence of Cooperative federalism finds its place in most sacrosanct document i.e. Constitution of India. It provides strong centre with working hands of states well provided in Schedule-7. But when it comes to river water governance entire fabric and setup of cooperative federalism finds conflicting notion, which proves to be challenging factor particularly in matter of river water governance.
