Educational qualification in election: Need of time

Election is considered backbone of democracy, as this is the real power which is in the hand of common people. So called representatives of the people after being elected they do not remain the same. Once candidate is elected it is the political party agenda that decide their role in the democracy. Which portfolio they will carry is all upon the winning party. Eligibility to any particular portfolio in the democracy was not fixed by the framer of the constitution keeping in the mind that a person even from the lower class of society may hold higher portfolio. But the misfortune of the country is that the real intention of the constitution framer is behind the wall and even an illiterate candidate may hold the portfolio of education minister and may frame the education policy for the higher degree for which he has zero knowledge.
