FITNESS & HEALTH
As we have always heard the word ‘health’ and ‘fitness’, especially we
have seen the importance of it in the period of COVID-19. We should use phrases
like ‘health is wealth’ and ‘fitness is the key’. What does an actual person
really think about it? It creates the idea of only ‘being well’. A person is
healthy and fit when he/she is properly engaged in both physical and mental
activities.
The Factors Affecting our Health and Fitness……….
Good health and fitness is not something which we can achieve only in
one day. It depends on their physical environment and the quality of food that
we are in taking. It does not matter we are either live in villages, towns, and
cities.
In such places, the physical environment places an important role that
affects our health. Therefore, it is our social responsibility of making a
pollution-free environment as they are playing a virtual role in my life. Our
day-to-day habits also determine our fitness level. The quality of food, air,
water, etc. all helps in building our fitness level.
The Role of Nutritious Diet on our Health and Fitness
The first thing about where fitness starts is from our food style. We
should take nutritious food like the food that is rich in protein, vitamins,
minerals, and carbohydrates are very essential. Here we are discussing some
essential nutritious food items like, Protein is necessary for body growth,
Carbohydrates provide the required energy in performing various tasks, vitamins
and minerals help in building bones and boosting our immune system.
However, taking food in uneven quantity is not good for the body as they
act as a waste for our body. Taking essential nutrients in adequate amount is
called a balanced diet. Taking a balanced diet keeps our body and mind in a
strong and healthy way. As we know that good food helps in better sleep, proper
brain functioning, healthy body weight, etc.
Include vegetables, fruits, and pulses in your daily diet. As people
always think that if they should skip one-course meal they become fit. But
actually, they are thinking wrong as we skipping our meal it creates the
problem. If we skip our meal and next time we take more and more in the second
meal course so, we should never skip the meals. One must have a three-course
meal. Having roughage and fibers helps in cleaning inner body organs. Healthy
food habit prevents various diseases like heart attack, diabetes, blood
clotting, and many others. We should reduce the amount of fat in our diet so
that it helps in preventing cholesterol and heart diseases.
At last just, I want to say that only by doing exercise in one day we
can’t become fit and healthy. It takes time to become healthy and fit. One more
thing I want to tell never give up from your side. Always built self-confidence
in your life, one day you will be succeeded in your life and that day comes in
your life if you work hard. so stay fit and stay healthy.
