Social responsibility and ethical manners in business would bring various benefits to the improvements for the society as well in business developments. Both are interrelated with each other. In other words, social responsibility is associated with business policy. In simple terms, the business has to be carried out, keeping in mind that it should bring a healthy and conducive environment in the society.

To ensure and sustain good business ethics, the companies are trying to begin programs to incorporate such culture in the organization. Business Ethics Training programs are set out to provide employees an insight about the values and policies of the company.  This would enhance the behavioral standard of employees and it clarifies the approaches to associate with the company.

Basically the vision and mission of individual companies may vary and the main objective is to achieve their target that has been set for. The question may raise, that if the vision and mission are self-defining,  then why is there a need for understanding of the social responsibility in  an organization?.

Business ethics can be at times challenging because the decisions are often not only a reflection of our corporate culture but also our own beliefs and environment. The steps taken by the government to create awareness about social responsibility brought strict statutory requirements for the companies and people are getting more vigilant. Customers prefer to buy from such socially responsible companies. It's not only the customers but also employees who are rather more interested in working with a socially responsible company.

The need of the hour for the organizations is to identify the ways to effectively implement the Social Responsibility Programs. The companies truly need to recognize that for long-run sustainability and to maintain a good rating in the market. These initiatives can bring in sustainable development and are thus considered to be important for the development of society at large. Business Ethics should work in line with Social Responsibility.
