Migrant children conditions are needed to give more attention as they are the real wealth of any nation. Many laws and legislations are required for the protection of children. Who will take the responsibility of the migrant children this is the real issue in our nation. The government where they will be living for the years or the State of their hometown. This is the real matter of concern. Migrant children are forced to do slavery, child marriages and child labour. This Pandemic will increase the harassment cases with the children in India in many forms. Children who have lost their parents during the critical situation of the pandemic will be subjected to more harassment, violence and abuse. This Covid 19 will push many vulnerable child migrants into child labour, they may also forced to leave their studies and to drop their schools. In India all the children of agricultural labourers and farmers are at even great risk. As during this lockdown government has imposed restriction on the movement and gathering during the cultivation and harvesting time of the year so in the absence of any helping hand by male or female person of the family or society, children will become the last or fallback option who can assist their parents in their fields.
