Literary and cultural activities prove to be a valuable lens to view the inner world of the students. It is a tool to enable holistic development and takes the students to the next milestones of their growth stories. At JIMS, several opportunities to hone the latent talents of the students are provided, as academics complement skill-based activities to script the success sagas of our students. The annual fest of JIMS “Zest and Dandiya” is a unique platform to unlock the talents in the students of the Jagannath Group of Institutions. The one-day high-spirited fest showcased talents from all the four campuses of JIMS in streams such as instrumental, dance, singing, dramatics and fashion show. After the statement of former French President FrançoisOlinda over the failed deal, the statement of the French government and the Dassault Aviation has come out with contradictory statements. The French government issued this statement Friday night after the statement of President François Oland, in which he had claimed that the Indian government had suggested the name of a private company for the Rafael deal. A French website in an article quoted Oland as saying that the Indian government had asked the French government to nominate Reliance Defense as an Indian partner for the deal. The term disruption sounds familiar to our ears now but it wasn’t that famous way back in 1997 when renowned HarwardBusiness School Professor Mr. Clayton M Christensen tossed the term Disruptive Innovation in his book ‘The innovator’s dilemma’.
