B.Tech Final Year students undergo placement drives or campus placement drives during their 7th and 8th Semester and these drives play a major role in shaping their future. Placement drive consists of many rounds, such as Aptitude Test, Group Discussions, Technical Interviews, Personal Interviews and HR Interviews. So, as it can be seen that the interviews play a vital role in selecting them for their dream companies. The HR team of the respective Institutions plays a role in grooming them for the HR rounds and the Department plays a role in conducting the technical interviews of the students. The technical interviews play a major role in the selection of the students in their dream companies. The faculties of various Departments of the Institution are experts in various fields and they give interview type questions to all the students and advise them to prepare those questions accordingly. The students should groom themselves to their comfort level and stick to that comfort level in an intelligent manner while attending the Interviews. The faculties also conduct mock interview sessions to make them acquainted to the actual interview questions and the situations.

As per section 17 of depository Act the rights and obligations of the depositories, participants and the issuers whose securities are dealt with by a depository shall be specified by the regulations.
