B.A.L.L.B

The B.A. L.L.B. programme is a five-year coursethat provides a comprehensive understanding of legal concepts and principles and the country's social, political, and economic systems. The curriculum includes subjects such as Political Science,, Introductory Economics,  Basic Sociology,  English ,history and two law subjects law  Legal method and Law of Contract  in the first year.So students have to study humanities subject along with law subjects but only for two years .  From third year they study purely law papers  which  expands to cover various areas of law, including Civil Law, Corporate Law, Patent Law, Labor Law, International Law, and Administrative Law. The course structure also includes practical components such as mock court drills, case studies, research work, Client counseling, drafting and pleading and Law internships to give students hands-on experience in the field. In addition, it helps students understand the modalities of legal practices.

B.B.A.L.L.B

The B.B.A. L.L.B. programme is a five-year course designed for students with a background in Commerce. This programme combines subjects from Commerce and Law, such as Management and Business Studies, Law of Torts, Family Law, Constitutional Law, Property Law, Company Law, Administrative Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, etc.  The educational programs incorporates classroom instructing, case studies, and moot courts to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter he curriculum includes classroom teaching, case studies, and moot courts to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. This integrated L.L.B. degree combines business knowledge with legal education, providing students with the skills to run an effective and efficient business while also understanding its laws, rules, regulations, acts, and procedures. 

  Difference between BALLB & BBALLB 

The B.B.A. LLB programme gives students a solid foundation in both business administration and law by combining the study of both subjects. The B.A. LLB programme offers a more comprehensive view of legal studies by fusing the study of law with the arts or humanities. Conversely, though. Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law is referred to as B.B.A. LLB. Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law is abbreviated as B.A. LLB. While B.B.A. LLB offers a bachelor's degree in business administration in addition to law, B.A. LLB is an integrated course leading to a bachelor's degree in both arts and law


Both courses are similar, but the only distinction is the subjects taught in the first 2 years of the college (History, Sociology and Political Science for B.A. LLB and two law papers .Accounts, Management and Human Resource Management etc. in BBALLB and two law papers). Students from Humanities background benefit from the subjects, as they are familiar with the ones taught in BALLB, which helps them in getting good marks and concentrating on law papers. Students from commerce background benefit from 10+2 subjects, as they can get good marks and concentrate on law papers.


The main difference between these courses is that BA LLB covers arts subjects with law. On the other hand BBA LLB covers management and business subjects along with law. However, the career prospects for these two courses are the same. Graduates of these courses can work as lawyers, legal advisors, law reporters, legal assistants, judges, judges, lawyers, lawyers, law firms, corporate sector, through JAG they can join  Army, they can join  government sector as legal analyst, legal researcher, company secretary, etc.

  Duration- BA LLB course typically spans five (5) years, divided into ten (10) semesters (for example; course followed in GGSIPU, Dwarka, New Delhi & its affiliated colleges like JIMSEMTC, Department of Law, Greater Noida)

 

  Admission- Admissions are usually based on CLAT exams score/CUET conducted at the national, level.

 

  Eligibility/Admission Criteria

1. Candidates must have completed their Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2) education from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks and must also have passed in English as a subject (like in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) Dwarka, New Delhi& its affiliated colleges).

2. The admissions are carried out by GGSIPU strictly by counseling on the basis of ranking/score of National Common Law Admission Test (CLAT-UG) or CUET Scores.

      3. No Age bar for admission in Law programmes, as per Supreme Court guidelines.

 

 

  Curriculum-The curriculum covers a wide range of subjects including Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Contract Law, Tort Law, Administrative Law, Legal Writing, and Advocacy Skills.etc Additionally, students also study subjects from the arts stream such as Political Science, History, Economics, Sociology, and English.

 

Fees-

  The fees for BA LLB courses vary depending on the location of institution, situated in Delhi or NCR or whether the institution is public or private, and its. In Figure it starts from 1 lakh per year to 1.55 lakh. Our Fee is around 1.20,200 . No other hidden charges.
