Overview-

 

Ø  Duration- BA LLB course typically spans five (5) years, divided into ten (10) semesters (for example; course followed in GGSIPU, Dwarka, New Delhi & its affiliated colleges like JIMSEMTC, Department of Law, Greater Noida)

 

Ø  Admission- Admissions are usually based on CLAT exams score/CUET conducted at the national, level.

 

Ø  Eligibility/Admission Criteria

1. Candidates must have completed their Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2) education from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks and must also have passed in English as a subject (like in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) Dwarka, New Delhi& its affiliated colleges).

2. The admissions are carried out by GGSIPU strictly by counseling on the basis of ranking/score of National Common Law Admission Test (CLAT-UG) or CUET Scores.

      3. No Age bar for admission in Law programmes, as per Supreme Court guidelines.

 

 

Ø  Curriculum-The curriculum covers a wide range of subjects including Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Contract Law, Tort Law, Administrative Law, Legal Writing, and Advocacy Skills.etc Additionally, students also study subjects from the arts stream such as Political Science, History, Economics, Sociology, and English.

 

Fees-

v  The fees for BA LLB courses vary depending on the location of institution, situated in Delhi or NCR or whether the institution is public or private, and its. In Figure it starts from 1 lakh per year to 1.5 lakh. Our Fee is around 1.2lakh. No other hidden charges.
