 No two people are alike in the world. Individuals differ in mental abilities, physical abilities and personality traits. The individuals not only differ from one another but also differ from one  ability to another within his own self. Thus there are differences in individuals as well as within the same individual regarding various abilities.

 

Individuals Differences in a Classroom and the School

 

Children in a class or school come from almost all walks of life with different status, heredity, sex and caste etc.

In India, there has been no restriction on admission of students in a school. Anyone who can afford to pay fees and bear the expenses of education, can get admission. This tendency creates more individual differences.

                                          Types of   Individuals Differences

 

                 The individual differences may be divided into two broad types.

Inter individual differences

Different people have different types of abilities, interests and personality etc. The differences between two or more than two individuals are known as Inter individual differences.

 

Intra individuals differences

Individuals also differ from one ability to another within their own self. These differences are known as Intra individual differences.

The teacher has to be cautious for both types of differences.

On the basis of traits the individual's differences may be classified in various categories like differences in physical traits, intellectual traits, emotional traits, social, cultural and moral traits.

As per section 17 of depository Act the rights and obligations of the depositories, participants and the issuers whose securities are dealt with by a depository shall be specified by the regulations.
