Effective Communication as an ingredient of Learning Enhancement

Effective communication is a method of imparting knowledge and information in a productive way so that It helps in processing the information smoothly and everyone can understand efficaciously. It is the fundamental quality of teachers to transmit knowledge in classroom by communicating effectively with students. Not only are those students also inspired with teachers.  For educators, the quality of any delivered lecture depends on its effective presentation and transmission in classroom. Therefore, Communication skills are equally important along with in-depth knowledge and proficiency of educators in their subject area.

 Effective Communication is a medium by which a teacher can encourage students and inspire them to take interest in a particular subject. The Body Language of teacher, pleasing personality, gestures, frequency modulation and appropriate pauses while communication are the most powerful communication tools that attract learners. The Effective content presentation skills along with verbal skills enhance the process of teaching learning and create an ever lasting impression among students.  If teachers give chance to students to communicate openly in debates and group discussion, this will remove hesitation of students.

In my opinion, Effective Communication skills are the most an important ingredient of teachers’ proficiency. By effective communication skills, a teacher can figure out innovative and efficacious solutions to the problems of students.
