THE 2020 COMPLICATED YEAR

Woohoo! We are welcoming the New year with all our beloved ones & dears. Each one filled with happiness and joy. Getting ready to welcome the New Year, but none being aware of the complications coming near. No one new, the year is going to be a complete change, making our lives & routines difficult to manage. The time which none had seen before, the time which brought each one indoor. Yes! The time which brought schools, colleges & offices at home. We could not go to the malls; we could not go to see the waterfalls. Going out had become a difficult task. Which could not be accomplished without a mask. Before touching anything, we had to think twice. What become important was to stay sanitized. Started in China, but brought the entire world in its control. Getting its vaccine had now become each scientist’s goal. Its name was COVID-19 and it had made the entire world a Halloween. A place where everyone wanted to get rid of this virus. A place where everyone was in hope of the powerful drugs. The attacking game of corona was playing and how to defend it was the message each doctor was conveying. We could just keep ourselves with care, making our near & dear ones aware.

As per section 17 of depository Act the rights and obligations of the depositories, participants and the issuers whose securities are dealt with by a depository shall be specified by the regulations.
