Balancing of Personal and Professional Life
In today’s scenario,
being a woman I would like to draw an attention in balancing both the
activities i.e. personal and professional life in a systematic and pragmatic
manner in order to sustain in the society and to perform the tasks perfectly.
In order to balance our life in these two boats we really need to have a good
and healthy life and for that we should give lot of importance to yoga
practice. There are certain things for the peace of mind and balancing the life
in a proper way is to have a good spiritual life as well. Spirituality makes
you in a peace of life and if we follow the teachings of Bhagwat Gita, which is
like a manual of how to lead your life by keeping the lord in the center and
performing the activities as per the scriptures prescribed. If we follow what
is prescribed like getting up early morning and starting your with some nice
spiritual activity though small but immensely effective like watering the tulsi
plant, doing some chants in the early morning which not only helps you in
bringing peace in the mind rather will also help you in taking wise decisions
as well as help you in growing in all aspects of life.
Positivity is another
dimension of balancing both our personal and professional life. It never
happens that there will be no problems but remember before any problem if you
see the solution arises by the grace of god. So we should always be thankful to
god for giving such a good life where we can afford at least what we want to do
be it further studies and fulfilling our desires. If we think positively and
will always have a positive attitude towards anyone then there cannot be
anything wrong with us by the mercy of the god.
Last but not the least if
we always remember to thank any one for the favour which has been done to us
directly or in directly then we will always be happy and in a position that we
balance not only these two activities but can solve many huge problems of life
and at last we should always be thankful and grateful to god that whatever we
are today and whatever will happen that will be for good. Just to conclude only
if remember and practice these three things in our lives i.e. Spirituality,
Positivity and Yoga the life can be much easier and happy. Stay healthy and Stay
happy.
