Brain Friendly Learning accelerates Reflective Understanding

To learn something new , we person have to construct information that is already stored in our mind and continuous practicing develops an ability that solidify that information in our mind permanently .Brain Friendly Learning increase achievement for all students, students’ engagement, and make classroom environment very constructive .  Hands-on experiences develop specific skill, by performing that task we really learn it. The cognitive development and working ability or skills varies from person to person which is closely linked rate of leaning to accelerate in our thought process. If we try to learn by association of certain items / content in our mind and categorize them in a certain manner, it will be more effective and act as an everlasting experience for our mind to recall knowledge. Brain friendly learning enhances a person's ability to think, work and learn. Brain friendly strategies focus on achieving a good physiological state so that learners' brain function quickly, easily and naturally in a well balanced physical, mental and emotional condition. Brain friendly Learning encourages efficiency of a person , improves  thinking capacity , and accelerate  learning process which further accounts for achieve academic success. Brain friendly learning increases students’ IQ level and other cognitive abilities that helps figure out the solution of complex problems. Brain-Friendly Teaching is based on certain psychological factors like Emotional stability, motor experiences, Hygienic Environment Nutritional food or diet, Social skills and Enough Rest or sleep to grasp  new information. These development factors are responsible for acceleration of learning by our mind.

In my opinion, a Brain Friendly learning environment is the result of content, process, and outcome of the learning that is to be accelerated in our mind. The stability of leaning or its dynamics also depends upon our life experiences at different phases of time, exposure to problematic situations and other factors related upbringing of a person.
