Anger
is a very common problem today. Many people suffer from this problem. In anger,
they do an act that they later regret. Angry people leave their jobs, beat up
someone, break household articles, and have to face many problems. Anger is
also a feeling of human being, like all other feelings for e.g. laughing, crying, feeling good, etc. Such
anger is also a kind of feeling. If it is natural then there is no problem, but
if you pretend to be angry or are angry with the instigation of something, then
it is a serious problem for you.
First
of all, let us know why is it annoying? You will be surprised to know that
those who are weak inside, get angry the most and the fastest. An angry person
loses his temper and seeks to intimidate him while exerting his influence over
another. So that he can defend himself. In such a situation, anger takes a
terrible form. Anger or anger arises due to increased adrenaline intake even
when some people have more emotional thoughts in their minds. Which is not only
fatal to the body. But there is a lot of damage to the mind as well.
Anger
may come for two seconds and then for two minutes and two hours. Anger does a
lot of harm. The worst thing that happens in this is that a man is willing to
go to any extent to calm his anger, no matter what will happen on the front. Or
what cost will he have to pay for this anger.

easy ways to control anger -
Most
people usually try to hide their anger from friends and relatives. But their
anger is revealed by the behavior with those whom they love and care. You can
easily see their anger when such people get angry with those whom they love. If
you feel you are also such an angry person, then by following some easy points,
you can make your relationship beautiful by quickly disappearing your anger.
Here are certain points you can follow:
Count
numbers up to 10 -
Whenever
you feel that you are getting angry, first of all, try to calm down yourself by
taking a deep breath instead of reacting, this will help you to control anger.
One thing that I am going to say to you, maybe childish to you, that is to
count up to 10. This will give you some time to think and understand how to
handle the situation.
Take
a break -
If you become uncontrollable in anger then it is most important in such circumstances when you feel that anger is coming too much, then you should not get involved in any debate because you may lose your temper. It would be better for you to move away from that place for a small break, you may drink cold water and take some stroll. In this way, both you and the other person get some to become calm, then you can start your discussion again with a cool and fresh mind.
Identify
the reason for anger -
The
most important thing to deal with anger is to find out what circumstances have
encouraged anger. Try to understand the circumstances and cause well and you
will be able to remove the problems arising out of it.
Sleep
well -
Sometimes
due to workload, we are unable to sleep properly due to which headache,
tension, and irritability start and we scream unnecessarily at others.
Therefore, you must get 7 hours of sleep from your busy routine because 7 to 8
hours of sleep is necessary for good health.
Angry nature makes all the desires of human being water down, so try not to suppress your anger, but identify the reasons and find a way to remove the anger. Try these tips once and see yourself, how beautiful your relationship becomes with others by the disappearance of anger.
