ADVANTAGES OF WAKING AT 4 AM

We are all aware that how much valuable is for humans to wake up early at 4 am in the morning. But waking up early is considered so difficult that we are not even trying for it, as if it seems impossible task for us. But it is amazingly valuable for both our body and mind. The first and most important advantage is extra time which we get for our daily chores, often which we hear from majority of people complaining of limited time to complete their day to day activity, waking early gives us an edge in terms of extra time which can be used to finish our daily life work with also enough time left for us to spend in ease. Waking up early alters our sleep pattern and quality for example for waking up early we will need to sleep early thus giving us habit of early sleeping, which ultimately result in improving our sleep quality, also improved sleep quality lets us feel more relaxed and inspired. Waking up early in the morning gives an opportunity to see the world in a different perspective than others. Early mornings gives us time introspects our own life in addition to giving new dimension to our life. Waking up early makes a person more organised and creative, as we all know early morning time according to hindu mythology is also known as brahma muhurta, an auspicious time which has a very high positivity in the air, with no one around to disturb you, is an ideal time to meditate, exercise or study, thus enhancing the overall quality of life.
