Healthy life without Cancer


We all know that Good Health is the most desirable desire of every human being but most of us are sick up to certain extent.  Many of us know to keep body healthy but we hardly follow simple rules to keep body healthy. We know if we get early, do exercise, eat healthy and saves ourselves from pollutants, we will be healthy but in reality we do not do simple things until we reach at the worst condition.

Our body has a self corrective and self healing mechanism while medicines are just to accelerate the condition of correction or to give suitable condition to correct the body.
Root cause of our illness is external disturbance and poor or wrong intake in form of food or drink. We cannot correct the external disturbances but can avoid upto certain extents. We cannot change air condition/ weather condition, Food materials are also adulterated and/ or polluted and we are taking that knowingly and unknowingly and getting ill.
In past, Blood pressure and heart problems were rare diseases but with passing of time these are very common. Cancer is also spreading in full swing nowadays which kills a person financially first then personally.
We should work on “How can we keep our body healthy and disease free “.
There is a will, there is a way: Cancer cells are present in almost all the human and animals. Uncontrolled growth of cancer cell is a cancer w.r.t. to the part of the body. Cancerous cells grow in presence of oxidative stress and oxidative stress increases with the incensement of the free radicals. Free radicals increase with the pollution and wrong intake. There is a saying “One apple daily keeps doctor away”, and this is true also as we know that ORAC value of an apple is very high means apple contains high number of antioxidants. Apple quality and its ORAC value are also decreasing due to its production and preservation process so its alternative should also be searched in our diet. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals and cancer cells cannot grow in absence of oxidative stress.
Fresh vegetables, Fresh food, fresh flour etc contains good number of antioxidant and as time passes its values decrease. As per the diet of Indian persons, we do not take sufficient number of antioxidants and we live in very unhealthy condition so diseases are very common.
In Nutshell If we take sufficient number of anti oxidants, keep ourselves happy and do regular exercise, we can beat every disease including cancer.
