The Robotic Soldiers

Nowadays is the era of Artificial Intelligence, evolution of advancement in technology is very high and the use of Artificial Intelligence in defense has increased a lot. The robots in the defense have been deployed in combat circumstances such as the usage of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles called drones. These small aircraft carry out all manner of missions from investigation to planned strikes. The Navy is also getting robots into recent sea operations called undersea drone, it can remotely track and hunt down enemy submarines.
The robots which looks and act like human are termed as humanoid robots. The humanoid control system synchronizes motions of the arms, chest and legs to attain whole-body mobile manipulation. The ability to balance while performing tasks allows humanoid to work in a large scale. These humanoid soldiers can be used miles of miles away from the central control center and are controlled by using Wi-Fi network.
Robots have following abilities which are useful in combat operations:
1. Stair climbing capabilities
2. Night vision due to IR
3. Insect like climbing abilities to quickly scale rough surfaces, such as walls, railings, and trees.
4. Underwater diving to new depths
5. Can identify land mines
6. Can go at those places where it is dangerous for humans such as in enemies courtyard, bomb implanted places etc. The robotics soldiers have various varieties which are purposely used in defense only such as Wheeled Robot with Passive Suspension; Snake Robot; Legged Robot; Wall-Climbing Robot and Robot Guard for patrolling etc. These robots are being built keeping in mind the current military consequence which demands procedures in diverse situations like ecological and terrain types hilly, desert, rural and metropolitan, outdoor and indoor etc. The development of AI in robotics leads to form the advancement in technologies and enhancing the job opportunities among the engineers and tech lovers
