Nowadays Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not an unheard concept. AI has touched almost all domains like e-learning, smart homes, online shopping, online promotions and e-commerce too. Due to AI, machines are assisting humans very intelligently and completing the task very efficiently as compared to humans.
In a profit motivated global world business needs to be 24/7 and AI in e-commerce helps to achieve this objective.

3. Recommendation Machines AI is proficient of analyzing consumer behavior on websites. It uses algorithms to forecast what goods may be loved by consumers and deliver approvals. (Ex: Amazon).
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Earlier CRM was dependent on human resources. Humans were doing enormous hard work to collect and estimate data to offer outstanding facilities to the customers.
Nowadays, through enormous volumes of data, AI is capable to predict exactly which customer can take decision for buying what product; therefore, efforts are made to secure their engagement.
CRM identifies business trends so that customer actions are directed in a right way. With progressive CRM solutions, predictions are made with superior accurateness, thus the sales team can focus on building long-term relations with customers.
