“IMPORTANT THINGS IN LIFE ARE NOT THINGS”
When we glance around, we see a great
deal of mayhem, upheaval and demolition. We hear a lot about human qualities
going down and discuss moral corruption. When we state that human qualities are
falling apart, we should make sure what these human qualities are, how are they exacerbating and what we can do to re-establish
them?
Deep inside our souls every single
one of us recognizes what to do, but when it comes to actions, it simply does
not occur.
One explanation behind the immorality
we see is that we have given more significance to things, to profitable
products than to values. The second thing we must consider upon is that the
significant things in life are not things. We take all gifts of nature
for granted and utilize the crude materials given by it, and transform them
into various shapes. By such procedure of significant worth expansion or value
addition we keep on making things increasingly costly and uncommon. Man
dependably takes savour the experience of having what the other man does not
have. To empower him to be one up, he needs what his neighbour has and
furthermore that which his neighbour does not have. The issue with material
things is that more than one individual frequently wants something very
similar. The magnificence of air is that we all inhale the same air at the same
time but then there is no challenge, no competition, who will get more or who
will get less. In any case, when we offer a value to manmade and hand caused
things and dependent on that we assess eminence, status, wealth, it becomes
desirable by all.
For whatever length of time that
external riches is given more significance than internal riches, there will be
a debasement of qualities. Qualities will take a secondary lounge while we give
more prominent need to influence, delight or cash. We need to comprehend that
there is a contrast among 'is' and 'has' and the previous is increasingly
significant. We should figure out how to stay standing for certain qualities
throughout everyday life or else we will succumb to everything that comes.
