MOTIVATION


Motivation plays an important role to be successful in life. It shows the pathway of achieving dreams. It is a kind of energy which drives a person to do something in order to achieve something. Whenever we read some motivational stories of great aperture,we come to know that the continuous motivation made achieve their success.FAIL:It refer to “First Attempt in Learning”. Failure is the first step towards the successful life journey. For example, Thomas Edison invented bulb only after failing again and again. Another example is of Bill Gates who is the co-founder the Microsoft company. Motivation is a psychological which fills our minds with positive thoughts and removes the negative thoughts. It is important for everyone to be motivated all the time, it is equally important for everyone such as employee, student, organization,managers and leaders etc.There are different types of motivation, so it is up to the people what motivates them.
NATURE OF MOTIVATION:
v  PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECT: It is the internal feeling and generates within an individual which motivates him/her to do something. For example: A word ofappreciation.
v  COMPONENT OF DIRECTING:It refers to the responsibility of a manager to motivate his subordinates in order to get the required outcome.
v  GOAL DIRECTED: It generates goal directed behavior, that a particular goal needs to be achieved.
v  INTEGRATED:A person is either to be motivate or not. A person cannot be partly motivated.
v  POSITIVE MOTIVATE:Positive motivate is best way to encourage someone. It is the most appreciated way of motivating say for example by providing rewards and incentives.
v  NEGATIVE MOTIVATION:It refers to motivating someone by means of measure such as the issue of memo for showing negligence towards the assigned task.
v  FEAR MOTIVATION: This type of motivation is instantaneous and gets the job done quickly. It is really very helpful for the kind of people who are lazy and are willing to work only when they realize that the deadline is near.
