Personality & Leadership

“Personality is to a man what perfume is to a flower.”-Charles M. Schwab

Personality is the combination of thinking process, feeling process and behaving process. Every individual always carries his own personality.  First impression is the last impression; this is the old saying, which is always true. Always be comfortable in whatever you are wearing, one must look good and feel good. Personality not only includes your clothes, but it includes your overall behaviour, dressing up properly is only the first step. It brings confidence in you and you are able to work with more energy and enthusiasm. Every individual is born with a different personality trait; one only has to enhance the skills within self.

Leadership is the ability to manage any given task with utmost dedication and confidence.  A leader always motivates, inspire and help other people in his organisation to work properly. A leader acts like a guiding torch. He makes plan and let others execute it, and make sure that every given work is completed within the time frame. The other people in the organization look up to the leader for any problem. A leader should have analytical skills and always inspire others to work well.

Every leader should be kind, proud; humble but not weak .These are the few personality traits a leader should have.
As rightly said, "You are not here merely to make a living. You are here in order to enable the world to live more amply, with greater vision, with a finer spirit of hope and achievement. You are here to enrich the world, and you impoverish yourself if you forget the errand." -Woodrow Wilson
