Editorial of Ravi Kumar: 10 percent of the reservation is Hindu, Christian and Muslim
Reservation is not just
for poor seniors. As is being run in the media. It is being given to
economically weaker sections. Including Hindu upper castes, Muslims and
Christians. This draft is disclosed by its draft. The same thing is said by
Minister of Social Justice Vijay Sampla. OBC and SC / ST are kept separate from
it. Therefore, if someone writes that ten percent poor people have been given
reservation, then it is wrong. Muslims and Christians should also be written in
it. Read the Constitution Amendment Bill. No place is composed
that Christians and Muslims are definitely not. In the main general, all
Christians and Muslims used to come, however the general was not viewed as a
reservation. Presently when 10% reservation is being given on a financial
premise then Christians and Muslims have likewise been kept in it. The BJP and
the RSS have been restricting the reservation of Muslims and Christians. It is
critical to specify this in this setting explicitly.
There was a great deal of interest for
reservation before Modi government. There will be numerous announcements by Amit
Shah that there can not be in excess of 50% reservation. Presently the
equivalent Amit Shah will say that there can be in excess of 50% reservation.
In Haryana, the Jat will currently ask bookings for what valid reason are you
not giving us reservations when you are crossing the limit of 50%. Patidar will
likewise say this in Gujarat. To give a feign there, the state government had
given 10% reservation to financially more fragile segments which was canceled by the Gujarat High Court
giving unconstitutional agreement in January 2018. Will Patidar and Jat get
reservation?
In a year, PrimeMinister Modi said in a meeting given to ANI that simply after the Supreme
Court's hearing, the choice will be taken by the administration for the law on
the Ram sanctuary. Then again, choices of the nine judges of the Supreme Court
are being overlooked for reservation to the poor heathens. After the Supreme
Court's choice, the Ordinance was issued to make three such cases as criminal
common cases criminal, while the decision of the Supreme Court on Sabarimala is
being addressed by priests as it were.
